Exhibition fees must be paid within 24 hours of registration by immediate payment. If the payment is not credited to the organizer’s account within 48 hours, the application will be automatically deleted by the system. When paying, it is possible to use the QR code payment method, which is included in the confirmation email from the exhibition.The exhibitor is obliged to pay the entry fees even if he does not participate in the show for any reason.<\/p>

Applications which are not paid till the closing date of the exhibition, or payments cannot be identified, will be considered as unpaid. The day of payment means the day the amount is credited to the organizer’s account. It is necessary to indicate the variable symbol by paying the entry fees<\/b>. For payments from abroad, enter the variable symbol in the message – information for the recipient.
You can find the variable symbol on the confirmation of entries, which the owner will receive by e-mail from the online system immediately after the dog is registered for the show. Fees are paid only by bank transfer to the given dog show account. You can insert the proof of payment of the fees as an attachment in \u201cmy payments\u201d menu (pin icon).<\/p>

If the show will not held for reasons of superior force, the show fees will be used to cover the costs.<\/b><\/b><\/p>

Exhibition fees for unaccepted applications will be returned to the account from which they were paid within 30 days after the end of the exhibition. In the event of a refund for any reason, the costs associated with the refund of \u20ac10 will be deducted from the remitted amount of the exhibition fee. There is no need to send a request.<\/span><\/p>
